How to make a claim

You can choose from the following options:

Option 1 – policies from 1/4/2009 (UK Underwriting/Fortis Insurance)
Please download the appropriate claim form below and return it to 24/7 travel insurance Claims Department, P J Hayman & Company Ltd, Stansted House, Rowlands Castle, Hampshire PO9 6DX with the appropriate supporting documents.
Option 2
Please call the 24/7 travel insurance Claims Department on 0845 260 1525 (Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm; closed Bank Holidays and weekends) and quote "24/7 travel insurance" and ask for a claim form. You will need to confirm your policy number, name and address and give brief details of your claim.

Option 4
Please write to: 24/7 travel insurance Claims Department, P J Hayman & Company Ltd, Stansted House, Rowlands Castle, Hampshire PO9 6DX to request a claim form detailing your name, address, policy number and brief details of your claim.
IMPORTANT NOTE
You must give notice to us as soon as possible, but in any event within 31 days of the incident. Please ensure that all information is accurate. All claim forms will be issued within 2 working days of receipt of the request. Please do not forward any documents until you submit the completed claim form.
