How to make a claim |

You can choose from the following options: |

Option 1
Please call the 24/7 travel insurance Claims Department on 0845 218 7869 (Monday-Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm; Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm) and quote "24/7 travel insurance (ref: 01833)" and ask for a claim form. You will need to confirm your policy number, name and address and give brief details of your claim. |

Option 3
Please write to: TPS (Insurance Admin Services) Ltd, Claims Department, PO Box 132, Leeds, LS10 9BT to request a claim form detailing your name, address, policy number and brief details of your claim. |

IMPORTANT NOTE
You must give notice to us as soon as possible, but in any event within 31 days of the incident. Please ensure that all information is accurate. All claim forms will be issued within 2 working days of receipt of the request. Please do not forward any documents until you submit the completed claim form. |
