Basque Country, Spain
The Basque Country in Northern Spain is an up and coming mountain biking spot which is growing popular among bikers. The best time to visit is between March and October, the winter the weather can be cold and wet so best to avoid November to February.
The mountain region of Åre in north-west Sweden offers some of the country’s best opportunities for mountain biking. Mountain Biking in Åre, Jämtland is suitable for those with some previous experience of biking on small paths and tracks with a general good level of health and fitness. Ride a chairlift to the top of one of Sweden’s famous ski resorts, which is also a hot biking spot. Full bike hire facilities are available in the village of Åre.

The Jungfrau region lies in the heart of the Berner Oberland and extends from Interlaken to the snow topped summits of the Jungfrau massif. At just over 18 km wide this postcard perfect region is dissected by single track trails near waterfalls, mountain lakes and sheer rock faces.
