Nectar Card teams up with easyJet

Shoppers can now spend their Nectar points on easyJet flights.

The 17 million of us who have a Nectar Card can exchange Nectar points for flights to over 550 destinations in more than 30 countries. Cardholders can pay for the flight and taxes in full using Nectar points, or use a combination of Nectar points and cash to complete the transaction.
However, to get just £50 worth of flights, shoppers would need to earn 10,000 points that’s a £5,200 shop at Sainsbury’s or £10,400 at other retailers!
For every pound spent, Nectar card holders can earn either one or two points at retailers including BP petrol, Homebase, HMV or Argos. You earn two points for shopping in Sainsbury’s where shoppers can also earn “double points” incentives and extra points on specific purchases.
Other Nectar travel partners include Eurostar, Expedia.co.uk and the Orient Express.
